- En Route: sent when one of our United Rentals drivers is on the way to your jobsite
- Delivered: sent when our driver marks the equipment has been delivered

Delivery Notification FAQs
Visit https://www.unitedrentals.com/notifications and check the email and/or SMS box on the Equipment Delivery alert found in the Deliveries & Pickups section.
Like all of our notifications, delivery notifications can be customized to meet your needs. Click on the + to the far right of the notification to access the settings, then untick whichever you don’t want, and hit save.
Yes, you’ll need to create a second notification, but it’s easy. Click on the + to the far right of the notification to access the settings, then uncheck Delivered so only En Route is selected. Then expand the “Recipients” section and select SMS. Your En Route text is ready once you hit save. Repeat the same process, but this time leave Delivered checked and select email in the recipients section.
